How it works

Capture. Assign.
Follow through.

A simple rhythm for the work between client conversations.

01 / CAPTURE

Bring the promise out
of the conversation.

Start with a client email or pasted meeting notes. Keeprio proposes clear commitments while keeping the original context close.

  • Requests become suggested tasks
  • Dates and source context stay visible
  • Your team confirms the details

02 / ASSIGN

Give every commitment
an owner.

Turn a suggestion into a shared agreement. Confirm who owns the work and when the next step should happen.

  • Editable ownership and deadlines
  • Client context attached to the work
  • A clear place to review open commitments
03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Prepare the next step
before it slips.

When work needs a nudge, review a proposed reminder or email draft. Your team decides what goes out.

  • Spot waiting commitments
  • Review a contextual draft
  • Approve before sending

FAQ

A few things
you might be wondering.

Clear answers about Keeprio and the pilot.

Who is Keeprio for?

Software agencies and IT service teams that manage client requests, deliverables, and recurring follow-ups.

What can it capture?

Keeprio works from client emails and pasted meeting notes.

Will it replace our project management tool?

No. Keeprio focuses on commitments and follow-through around client conversations. Pilot feedback helps define how it fits alongside the tools you already use.

Does it send emails automatically?

No. The workflow requires a person to review and approve sending. Nothing is sent without that approval.

What is available in the pilot?

Keeprio is currently in internal testing, and pilot spots are limited. Scope and availability are agreed with each agency before onboarding.

Can we review extracted tasks?

Yes. Human confirmation of suggested tasks, owners, and deadlines is part of the product. Suggestions never silently become confirmed work.

What happens to client data?

Access and retention details will be shared with you before onboarding. This page does not connect to your email or upload client data.

How do we join?

Use the “Join the pilot” form to tell us about your team and your biggest follow-up challenge. We will follow up about fit.

Less chasing. More clarity.
